We live in Canberra and have to put up with some awful weather at times, but when it hits during the soccer season here's what to do.

During the week

The ACT Government Department of Territory and Municipal Services looks after our playing fields and has the right to close the fields during the week if it is thought that playing on them may damage the grounds, normally if they are to wet.

The number to call is 6207 5957.

If the fields have been closed, you must not use them. Doing so may result in a fine to yourself and/or the club and none of us need that.

On Weekends

On weekends the club has the option to play on the fields. If it is thought to be too wet or unsafe to play the club will contact the local radio stations and post a notice up at the club. Listen to the local radio stations or call the clubhouse on 6230 0263 to find out if you are playing.

Decisions will be made at 8:30am for all mini's (up to U9) and by 10:30am or later for U10 - 17.
